Accounting data: 7 years as per the Accounting Act (5 in Denmark)
Customer and partner data: during ongoing business relations + up to 2 years
Quotes/requests that do not lead to agreements: max 12 months
Marketing data (e.g., newsletters): until you unsubscribe
Technical data (cookies, IP addresses): max 24 months
7. Who has access to the data:
Only we at EnergiAtlas and any partners (under confidentiality agreements) have access to the data. Suppliers used for IT, web hosting, and accounting may process data as per agreement.
8. Security:
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as encryption, firewalls, and access control.
9. Business transfer
In the event of a sale or transfer of the company, personal data may be transferred to a new owner – always in accordance with GDPR and this policy.
10. Child protection
We do not knowingly collect data about children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such data has been registered, it will be deleted immediately.
11. Analytics and cookies
We use analytics tools to understand how our website is used – for example number of visitors, most viewed pages and how users navigate.
• The data is processed anonymously and used solely to improve our content and services.
