Just a stone’s throw from where the company was founded stands the iconic Statue of Labour at Möllevångstorget in Malmö -a sight the founder of EnergiAtlas- Evelyn Thorén has walked by thousands of times. Each glance served as a powerful reminder: the working class built this city with their bare hands and resilient spirit. Their energy moved mountains. In this vibrant, diverse, and often underestimated corner of Malmö, she saw more than just a neighbourhood. She saw a place where dreams are forged through action. Inspired by this, the name EnergiAtlas AB was not chosen at random. It carries weight, literally and symbolically. Like the mythical figure Atlas, who held the heavens on his shoulders, the people of this world carry its future. We are the energetic force that powers life forward. Our thoughts, actions, and choices decide the world’s direction—toward progress or destruction.
